There is no limit to the number of entries that you may submit.
Each entry requires a separate
DVD or VHS tape, entry form and entrance fee.

FORMAT
FOR SHORT FILM AND VIDEO ENTRIES

1.) Entries must be 1 to 40 minutes in length on
DVD or VHS, regardless of original shooting format.
2.) Entries MUST
be NTSC format. PAL format is NOT accepted.
3.) Entries submitted
on foreign DVDs, MUST be sent playable (formatted) for Region Code
1 (North America) or Region Code 0 (Universal).
4.) Entries submitted in a foreign language must have subtitles OR
be dubbed in English.
