Each Entry Must Include: A completed Entry Form (with original signature) Short Film entry up to 40 minutes in length on DVD or VHS only, regardless of original shooting format Entry Fee (U.S. currency only) There is no limit to the number of entries that you may submit. Short Film Formats Short films up to 40 minutes in length are accepted on DVD or VHS (regardless of original shooting format). NTSC format only. PAL format will NOT be accepted. Foreign DVD's MUST be playable (formatted) for Region Code 1 (North America) or Region Code 0 (Universal). Entries submitted in a foreign language MUST have subtitles or be dubbed in English.
