A: All entries must be postmarked
by November 29, 2008 or earlier.
Q: DO I STILL OWN THE
RIGHTS TO MY SHORT FILM ONCE I ENTER THE COMPETITION?
A: Yes you still own the rights to your short film, entering
the competition has no effect on your copyright(s).

DO YOU HAVE TO BE 18 YEARS OLD TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?
A: No you do not need to be 18 years old to enter, however;
If the entrant is under 18 years old, the signature of the parent or guardian is required.
Q: MAY I ENTER MY SHORT FILM FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE U.S.A.?
A: Yes,
we accept entries from countries from all over the world.
Q:
MAY I ENTER A SHORT FILM IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH?
A: Yes, but the film or video MUST include english subtitles OR
be dubbed in English.
Q:
CAN I SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE SHORT FILM OR VIDEO?
A: Yes you may submit
as many as desired. Please include a seperate entry form and fee for each entry.
