A: No you do not need to be 18 years old to enter, however; If the entrant is under 18 years old, the signature of the parent or guardian is required. Q: MAY I ENTER MY SHORT FILM FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE U.S.A.? A: Yes, we accept entries from countries from all over the world. Q: MAY I ENTER A SHORT FILM IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH?
